To make the 1st Choice Dental & Health Card a valuable supplement for traditional insurance that saves members substantial money each year at many convenient, quality providers.

Our Provider Mission

To help a limited number of quality professionals grow their businesses, by attracting new patients and customers at fair fees that are lower than they normally charge. To offer providers the opportunity to lower their operating costs by benefiting from group buying power. To offer providers access to certain new products and services so they can offer improved care.

To become a provider

Dental: Visit http://www.maverest.net/ and apply online. New providers are limited to areas that are underserved, so as to protect the ability of current providers to benefit from adequate new business. New providers are added so as to provide Members with adequate access to care.

The 1st Choice Dental Credit Card Coming soon

Members will have the opportunity to apply for a 1st Choice Dental Credit Card which is supported by Wells Fargo Financial. This is a simple revolving charge card much like any other, except that once approved, members will have a dedicated line of credit to use at any dental provider office. Some dental providers may choose to offer their patients access to a special “1-year same-as-cash” payment option up to the credit limit on their card. This way members can have a full year – Interest free – to pay for much needed dental care. This is not only a great patient service but an excellent practice builder as well.
